There are bad drivers, really bad drivers, and bad drivers who don’t know how bad they are. While a driver in Jiangyang, Jiangsu named Chen may belong to any one of these categories, he also belongs to another category: a bad driver who just doesn’t care.
This isn’t to say that Chen doesn’t pay any attention to his driving, but rather that he does not care if he bumps into the car parked next to him, scratching the car’s doors and fenders. Ten times.
It took him approximately ten minutes to successfully back out of his parking space, including the collateral damage he caused to the car next to him.
A police spokesperson explained that Chen’s poor driving is the result of having learned to drive before attending university, and then he didn’t drive for the four years he was enrolled.
