Located on the 2nd floor of Tianlun Garden, Edge Restaurant & Bar offers finely prepared steaks, fresh fish & seafood, including oysters and mussels. In the drinks department, the French bartender prepares a number of classic cocktails. There is also a small stage where you'll find live jazz on the weekends.
Great restaurant and the only place I really enjoy seafood in Guangzhou. Most things on the menu are imported and cooked very well. Its somewhat pricey but still competitive compared to Shanghai restaurants. Service it a little slow at times but hey its China. Great Dead Guy Ale on tap. Try it, you'll love it. I had the brased short ribs and they we're awesome. Wife had fish which was great. We shared mussels for starters and they were awesome. I would give it 5 stars but the English of the waitstaff is not very good and they don't seem to be managed well. Food makes up for it though....Enjoy!
