China's leading LED company (responsible for both the Beijing Olympics opening ceremony act as well as the Shenzhen Universiade 2011 event) is expanding!

I am looking to hire a highly qualified and talented individual to join our international sales team. He or she will be in charge of the North American market as Regional Sales Manager.

Despite being based in Shenzhen, this job will require a lot of international travel to various trade shows and conventions (Shanghai, London, Moscow, Las Vegas, Dubai, Orlando, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, etc). Our company is seeking someone with sales experience, is highly responsible, and can adapt quickly in a fast paced work environment.

This job requires you to speak both English (native) and Chinese (conversational), but since this person will be in charge of the North American market, Spanish or French would also be a plus.

ABCs, Westerners who can speak conversational Mandarin, or local Chinese with excellent English abilities are all welcome to apply. Specifics below:


Responsibilities:

1. Explore overseas market through online research
2. Find projects and sales leads for the company
3. Customer service and related follow ups
4. Help in translating various documents and promotional material
5. Be able to travel to both domestically and internationally often with the sales team


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree holder (or higher), majoring in English/Communications, International Trade/Business/Marketing or Electrical Engineering.
2. TEM4, CET6 or above (only applicable to Chinese nationals). Good spoken & written English; multi-lingual skills definitely an asset.
3. More than 2 years work experience in international trade, sales, OR marketing. Work experience related to electronic products at sizable trading companies or multinational enterprises would be an advantage. Knowledge in LED technologies experience is preferable.
4. Team player
5. Familiar with international business processes
6. Excellent negotiation skills
7. Aggressive business attitude
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Passport and visa in order (no criminal record or other issues)
10. Long term commitment (this is not a temporary job)
