Description

Purpose Of the position:
Responsible for accounting and finance activities of company. These include financial planning, budgeting, creating month end financial reports, and preparing year-end reports for tax and business purposes. Establish budgetary control systems and monitor compliance to budgets.

Major Responsibilities:
- Be Responsible to establish and execute proper procedures for accounting with finance director, as well as for internal control procedures, such as purchasing & AP, sales & AR, production, inventory, cost, expenses, fixed asset and capital expenditure, tax, cash, etc.
- Coordinate other functional departments for the implementation of internal control procedures and policies;
- Establish an integrated budgeting process, coordination at various stages of budget development with all related business departments;
- Prepare yearly budgeting and monthly forecast, monthly statutory reports and group management reports
- Provide supporting to cooperation projects with oversea headquarters
- Review financial transactions and make sure the transactions are proper
- Monthly teleconference with oversea Headquarter to review finance result
- Provide support and guides to subordinates (5 people)

Experience Required:
Minimum 4 years management experience and 10 years accounting experience. Accounting and finance management experience in manufacturing companies, preferably within a foreign company.
Knowledge of GAAP is a plus.
Excellent expertise in financial accounting, budgeting

Skills and Abilities Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Capabilities to work under pressure and good team spirit
- Knowledge of ERP system and Accounting software
- Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Communicate actively with outside, such as internal & external auditors, banks, local authorities, etc.

Education Required:
University degree in Finance or accounting;
CPA Certificate or Chinese Accountant, CET 6.
