The problem is that those countries don’t have the infrastructure that China does, so the costs shift. Also, there’s no way to move all the production to the rest of Asia, we’re talking a hundred million workers.
That being said, Uncle Xi’s crackdown on the internet and the increased slowdown/hassle of visas is chasing a lot more people out too….
