1. Sourcing, developing, and selecting suppliers via the internet, trade show, or friend recommendations. 2. Negotiating price, analyzing product cost, collecting and comparing quotations.

3. Visiting and evaluating factory, negotiate all terms of contract with supplier.

4. Draw up contract files/confidentiality agreements / tooling agreement.

5. Follow up order, product quality control, and confirm delivery time to ensure that goods can be shipped to buyer before deadline.

6. Arranging sample, testing sample and sending sample, make sure the quality, package, and appearance of product can meet client??s standard,

7. Arranging QC or coordinate with the third party Inspection Company to inspect goods before shipment ensure quality of goods can meet customer??s standard,
