We are Indonesian and American, we are pretty clean ppl and still studying in Jinan university



Located in tian he district, shi pai dong Lu, very very convenient , close to jinan university, 10min walk to the nearest subway



Which is gang ding station and 5 min walk to bus station called guo fang da sha



its definitely downtown!



The price should be around 1150-1200rmb per month. You can move in on starting September



preferable non smoker, contract should be 1 year!
