They clearly have no regard for the law, or even an ounce of decency. Having seen one comment on here already that is clearly very sweeping and dismissive of all foreigners (with a username to match), I merely express concern over where such an idea could go, with a worst-case scenario being foreigners getting deported just because someone in authority doesn’t like the look of them or is displeased with their opinion on something. That’s an uglier route.

I don’t care who you are, if you’re visiting any other country you are a guest of that host nation. Stealing, getting into fights, clocking a cop in the face? Perp deserves to be kicked out. Wish more countries would do that. My only concern here would be the possibility of profiling or less than factual events leading to expulsion.
