The Spin Doctor – Colin Stetson, New History Warfare Vol. 2: Judges
This week The Spin Doctor reviews Colin Stetson’s new record. Perhaps the greatest complement one could pay Stetson, is that he does not fit neatly into any one box. Although the saxophone is his main axe, to call “New History Warfare Vol. 2: Judges” a Jazz record, would be to unfairly deny the scope and originality of Stetson’s incredible compositions.
