There are actually no road laws where I live, which is in Daoyi... People drive on the wrong side, with a cop standing with a cigarette and watching... lol... Pedestrians do not understand that the green little man means go, and the red little man means stop, do not cross... Pedestrian wardens are old women and old men who stand at the lights and watch people crossing when it's red.. of course, the wardens themselves have no idea of what the lights mean... The bike lane is used for car parking... China is an awesome country, but if only the people could follow those rules, it would be even better...
