I don’t understand. In Chinese, America is translated “Beautiful Country.” So what does that actually mean to them?

I’m assuming the mainlanders can read and do read the local Chinese newspaper.

The paper should say that public urination and defication is against the law in the United States. They can be charged with indecent exposure or public lewdness. If they’re convicted, they will be charged as a sex offender; a sentence that will be with them for the rest of their lives.

I say charge a few of them, make them into examples, and word will spread like a wildfire.

Let’s not talk about how they embarrass the Chinese community because obviously they don’t give a rats ass. No more telling them to “please don’t do this anymore.” Most of them walk anyway. If a person sees them in the act, take a photo or video, then call local law enforcements.

I’m writing to the local police departments and newspaper to voice my concern.
